The Limestone Ridge Riesling vineyard has been divided into 2 blocks. The North block for Tawse and the South block for Redstone. This Riesling exudes fresh and ripe peach aromas, complemented by honeysuckle and wet stone. The fruit carries onto the palate expressing fresh green apple, and Meyer lemon, which then tapers off with a smooth and mouth-watering finish. This is a truly delightful Riesling to add to the Tawse portfolio.
