SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Pantree is the operating name of GoJava Inc.

WHERE WE DELIVER
We deliver across the Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, Etobicoke, Scarborough, North York, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Markham, Thornhill, Richmond Hill and Vaughan.
We also deliver to Kitchener and Waterloo on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and to selected surrounding regions on Fridays.

DELIVERY TIMES
Orders placed before 11:30am are delivered the next business day.
For Monday delivery, please order before 11:30am on the preceding Friday.
Deliveries are made on business days, Monday to Friday.

CHANGES TO AN ORDER
Any changes to your order must be made before 11:30am on the business day before your delivery.

DELIVERY CHARGES
Orders under $150: $25.00 plus a $5.00 fuel surcharge
Orders from $150 to $1,000: $15.00 plus a $5.00 fuel surcharge
Orders over $1,000: free
Delivery charges cover next-business-day delivery, carbon-neutral delivery and tree planting.

MINIMUM ORDER
There is no minimum order value or quantity for standard orders.
Standing (recurring) orders require a minimum of $100 of products per delivery. To set one up, email info@pantree.ca with your preferred frequency.
