Adapting with Care: Updating Delivery for Just-In-Time Office Pantry Products

Growing a business is all about balance. We want to serve our customers fast, but also reliably — and make sure our team has the space to deliver their best work.

That’s why this month, we made a small but important change to our delivery system for our office pantry products. Some items, called Just-In-Time (JIT) products, aren’t stocked in our warehouse but ordered fresh from suppliers as soon as you place an order. To give these items the time they need, we’ve adjusted our checkout calendar so next-day delivery isn’t available for JIT items — while all in-stock office pantry essentials still qualify for fast, next-business-day delivery.

This change means a smoother experience for your office pantry orders, and a sustainable pace for our team — keeping Pantree strong as we grow.
