Every 6 and 1/2 minutes, a train rumbles by the brewery, along the West Toronto Railpath. The pleasant and soothing clickity-clack has been an ongoing theme since we starting construction in the spring of 2015. While there are GO trains serving the GTA and VIA trains serving the whole country, it’s the train that runs between Union Station and Pearson Airport that we see most often. Our PEIPA is a riff on the classic IPA with an ABV to match the time between trains.
