Premium A is made from only spring harvest tencha. The tea leaves are shade grown for 15-30 days before harvest and then milled into a fine powder before being blended into our signature Barista Matcha. The tencha is grown in Guizhou and Kagoshima. The resulting flavour profile has notes of vanilla and a strong umami. The colour is a beautiful vibrant green that will really allow your latte to pop.
